The Pre-Law Collaborative provides in-person or remote presentations for students thinking about — or actively applying — to law school. Our programs are comprehensive and unique — Christine is a licensed professional counselor and Career Development pre-law adviser and Susan is a professor skilled in personal statement coaching and former faculty pre-law adviser. We are inclusive, Safe-Zone trained, and leaders in providing opportunities to underrepresented groups (e.g., founders of Saint Joseph’s University’s Legal Exploration Advancing Diversity (LEAD) program for Black and brown students). Our presentations are customized to address the needs of your students.  

With decades of experience in law school planning, Christine and Susan provide a lively, accessible, and comprehensive presentation — with dynamic graphics. Based on our success guiding students and young alumni, spring is a great time to give students information so they understand their options for the LSAT. 

If you bring the Pre-Law Collaborative to your campus, Christine and Susan will :

  • Provide a comprehensive overview and timeline that will set your applicants up for success in the process
  • Customize information to your applicants and their specific needs
  • Discuss how to use law school fairs and forums to their advantage 
  • Discuss core documents needed in for applications
  • Develop tools branded to your university that they can use as they walk through the application

If a general overview is not the best fit, we also do custom sessions for:

  • Personal statement and/or resume writing
  • Navigating the process as an underrepresented applicant (e.g. LGBTQ+, First Gen, Students of Color)
  • Building a balanced school list (e.g., safety, competitive, reach, and scholarship options)
